1. General
1.1 www.GoMedTravel.co.uk (the website) is owned and operated by GoMedTravel Ltd. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website our service as offered by
GoMedTravel (“we,” “us,” or “our”) by individuals ("you" or "your"). Please read them
carefully. By accessing and using this website, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood and accepted these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. In case you do
not agree with any of these terms, then please do not use the website. We reserve the right
to update our website content, terms and conditions and terms of service at any time
without notice to you.
1.2 Definitions
● “We”, “us”, “our” and “Company” are references to GoMedTravel Ltd.
● “User”, “You”, “your” or "patient" are referred to any person who is accessing the website
or using our services.
● ”Website” denotes to www.GoMedTravel.co.uk
● ”Service” refers to all the services offered by GoMedTravel via the
www.GoMedTravel.co.uk website as defined in section 2 'Service description' of this document.
2. Service description
2.1 GoMedTravel service description
GoMedTravel provides an online platform for individuals seeking health treatments in the Baltic
states. The website provides comprehensive information on treatments, destinations and
price comparison for patients to make an informed decision on healthcare options that best
suits their needs. GoMedTravel operates as an independent medical tourism facilitator in the
Baltic states.
A consultation process is initiated when you submit an enquiry form via the website. You will
need to answer some questions in order for us to provide a quote and the information you
need to help you decide on treatment options. By submitting an enquiry form your details
will be sent to the selected health providers in order to make an assessment and produce
an accurate treatment quote for you.
GoMedTravel will provide all necessary materials and a quote directly from a clinic based on
the information provided by the user for you to decide on treatment options. We do not
provide any medical services or recommendations. GoMedTravel operates as an
intermediary between the patient and the clinics, facilitating the communication and
coordinating the booking process to save you time and money.
When you are ready to proceed and confirmed your treatment schedule, we will make necessary reservations with the clinics on your behalf. You can secure your treatment booking with the clinics through our services by paying a service fee as described in Section 3 "Payment Terms."
2.2 Your obligations:
● You must have full legal capacity and be at least 18 years old.
● Answering all questions carefully, honestly and to providing accurate information to
the best of your knowledge.
● Disclose and provide your health records that are relevant to your treatment enquiry.
● In case your medical situation or any other information that you have provided
changes, you are responsible to inform us immediately.
● By initiating a consultation process you agree to provide your data and comply with
our Terms & Conditions.
● By providing your data, health records and copyright materials that are subject to
other intellectual property, you grant us a non-exclusive right to store and share your
information with clinics, doctors and other healthcare providers in order for us to
perform our service and get the required information and a quote for you.
2.3 Disclaimer:
2.3.1 GoMedTravel does not provide medical advice, recommendations, diagnosis or any
type of health treatment. You should always consult with your doctor or healthcare
professional to determine your health conditions and treatments required, and if you are fit
enough to travel for medical procedures.
2.3.2 We are not responsible and don't assume any warranty for medical treatments,
treatment outcomes, final costs and any information or recommendations provided by third
parties such as clinics, health professionals, medical institutions etc. GoMed Travel operates
only as an intermediary between you and the clinic to facilitate communication between two
parties. It is important that you read and understand health provider's terms and conditions
that are different from ours.
2.3.3 We are an independent medical tourism facilitator in the Baltic states providing unbiased
information on our website and we don't have any favourite healthcare providers. A user
remains free to choose.
2.3.4 The information provided on the website is for general purpose only designed to help
you with guidance on your queries. At no time the information contained on the website
(content, images, graphics, guides, pricing, recommendations etc. referred to "information")
or through our communication (direct communication with a user including verbal, email,
post or blog etc.) should be considered as a medical, travel or financial advice. We are not
liable for any decisions made by you in reliance on the information provided on the website
or though our communication. If you choose to solely rely on the information provided by us,
it is at your own risk.
2.3.5 All quotes provided from third party providers (clinics, hospitals, doctors, medical
establishments, travel agencies, hotels, airlines etc.) are not the final prices and are used
for guidance purpose only. We will make every effort to provide you with all costs, any
additional expenses, fees and taxes (where applicable) that you may incur so that you can
make an informed decision but the final costs can be different from the original quote.
2.3.6 GoMedTravel is not responsible for any third-party content provided through our
website or any sort of communication. Occasionally, we will refer you to third party sites or
share third party materials from health institutions for additional information or guidance.
Any such content or material is for information purpose only.
2.3.7 All treatment prices provided on the website are for guidance only and cannot be
treated as quote. Prices vary depending on destination, clinics and your personal
circumstances and complexity of your treatment.
2.4 Services
2.4.1 Use of the website
GoMed Travel provides a comprehensive website for patients seeking medical treatments
abroad, containing information on healthcare services, destinations, treatment guides and
price comparison. We are an independent medical tourism facilitator helping patients to
make informed decisions on treatment options and finding you the most competitive quote
that best suits your needs. We are here to save your time and money, and support you
throughout your healthcare journey.
2.4.2 Consultation
At GoMed Travel, we offer a free 15-minutes consultation with a patient coordinator to
discuss your situation, and explore treatment and travel options for you. This service is
designed for patients to learn more about health services and discuss your treatment
objectives so that we can find you the most suitable doctor, clinic, treatment or healthcare
service that suits your needs.
Please note that this is not a medical consultation to discuss your health records or give you
any medical advice. GoMed Travel does not provide any medical services and assumes no
warranty for the accuracy of information provided either by you, by the clinic or a medical
professional. We operate only as an intermediary between you and the clinic to facilitate
communication between the two parties.
2.4.3 Treatment schedule
Once you have submitted an enquiry form and/or submitted a request for us to commence
the search process, we will contact clinics and health services on your behalf to design a
treatment plan for you. We will contact clinics to enquiry on treatment options, available
appointments, treatment details (where necessary) and costs involved. Based on the
information provided by the clinics, we will provide you a treatment schedule for you to review
and decide.
2.4.4 Booking and reservations
Once we send you a treatment schedule proposal, you will have 48 hours to review and
confirm the plan. Please note that the proposed schedule and a quote is only valid for 48
hours. You can book and manage your treatment plan directly through GoMed Travel. To
secure your medical appointments with clinics, doctors and healthcare providers you will
need to pay a service fee. For more information please refer to Section 3 of this document
'Payment Terms'.
The service fee is classified as a deposit to secure your medical appointments with the
clinics, doctor or healthcare service providers, and will be refunded to you after you
complete your treatment.
Once the service fee payment is completed, GoMed Travel will book and reserve medical
appointments on your behalf. We will send you a confirmation of appointment bookings,
payment and your treatment schedule.
2.4.5 Concierge service
At GoMed Travel, we offer a concierge service to our patients for their comfort and stress
free healthcare trip. Our customers will have access to 24/7 support and advice. We’ll take
care of your travel and health concerns. The concierge service includes the following:
● Phone assistance to support our patients with any treatment schedule questions,
medical appointments and bookings.
● Assistance with booking hotels, transportation, restaurants and food deliveries.
● We can help you getting a medical prescriptions during your stay (where applicable)
● Consultation with a doctor (GP) to address your health concerns. This is to ensure you have medical support during your stay, before and after undertaking medical procedures, for your absolute peace of mind. Consultation with a doctor may involve
the following:
a) Assessment of your symptoms to determine if you need to see a specialist doctor.
b) Assessment of your overall health condition (both physical and mental) during your medical trip.
c) In an emergency, a GP can provide life-saving treatment or recommendations until emergency services arrive
The following terms and conditions apply to the Concierge service:
● GoMedTravel is not responsible or liable for any service provided by third-party
providers. We provide concierge service whereby GoMed Travel operates as an
intermediary between you and third-party providers to facilitate communication
between the two parties, book and manage reservations on your behalf.
● Medical consultation with a GP as part of the concierge service cannot be used for
any diagnosis or treatment that may require a physical examination or medical
emergency. If you have a medical emergency, you must immediately contact your
local emergency services.
● You are obligated to inform us of any pre-existing health conditions when buying a
concierge service support.

2.4.6 Additional services
For your absolute comfort GoMed Travel can help you plan and organise your medical trip,
arrange for transportation and travel reservations, provide personal assistance should you
need any support during your stay. We strive to make you feel comfortable and safe at every step of your health journey. We will do all the legwork for you so that you can focus on
your health. Additional services include:
● Meet & greet
● Car transportation with a private driver
● Tailor-made medical & holiday trip plan
● Travel reservations for family members and travel companions
● Personal assistance
● Translator

2.5 Provision of concierge service and additional services
2.5.1 GoMed Travel operates as an intermediate between you and third party providers
(such as but not limited to hotels, airlines, transportation companies, travel agencies and
etc.) to assist you with your health journey. Once you have submitted a request, we will
research and contact third party providers on your behalf, in order to provide you with the
required information and a quote. Please note that unless otherwise stated in writing by
GoMedTravel, all services requested from a third-party supplier through our service will be
bound by a contract directly with the supplier and the service will be provided under the
supplier's terms and conditions, including but not limited to their cancellation, fees, refund
etc.
2.5.2 We assume no warranty for the accuracy of information provided either by you or by
the third party providers as we are not responsible for any third party services.
2.5.3 GoMedTravel reserves the right to change or stop the concierge service or any other
service at any time without notice to you.
2.5.4 You are responsible for all charges, fees, duties and taxes arising out of the use of
any concierge services or other services such as accommodation, transportation, food
expenses etc.
2.5.5 All quotes provided from third party providers are not the final prices and are used for
guidance purpose only. We will make all the effort to provide you with all costs, any
additional expenses, fees and taxes (where applicable) that you may incur so that you can
make an informed decision but the final costs will have to be agreed between you and the
provider.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 The payment terms apply for the following services:
● Service Fee for booking and reservation of medical services as defined in Section 2.
● Concierge service as defined in Section 2.
● Additional services as defined in Section 2.
3.2 The use of our website and any materials published by GoMed Travel on our platform is
free of charge.
3.3 GoMed Travel will use third party payment services for all payment transactions and the
following terms will apply:
a) You authorise us and our payment service providers to collect and store your billing
information such as but not limited to your name, billing address, bank details.
b) You accept that the payment service provider may have additional terms and
conditions that you will have to accept.
c) Payment transactions may contain links or reference to third-party resources.
GoMed Travel is not liable for any third-party content and online resources.
d) We are not responsible for any loss caused by third-party payment providers.
3.4 The following payment methods are accepted by GoMed Travel:
● PayPal
● Credit card
● Debit card
3.5 All payments are accepted in Euro (€) only. You will be responsible for any additional
charges by your bank such as commission, bank transfer fee etc.
3.6 Service Fee
3.6.1 A service fee is charged by GoMed Travel in order for us to secure medical
appointments for you. The service fee is classified as a deposit to secure your medical
appointments with the clinics, doctor or healthcare service providers, and will be refunded to
you within 14 days after you complete your treatment.
3.6.2 GoMed Travel charges 20% from the total estimated quote provided by the clinics,
doctor or healthcare service providers.
3.6.3 Once we send you a treatment schedule proposal and a quote, you will have 48 hours
to review and confirm the plan. When the treatment schedule is accepted by you, we will
send you a confirmation email with our service contract and payment details. You will have
5 working days to complete the service fee payment. Once the payment is completed, we will send you a confirmation of payment, a detailed treatment schedule and confirmation of
reservations and bookings.
3.6.4 Some treatments or providers may require a full upfront payment. GoMed Travel will
inform you of any such payments and cancellation policies.
3.7 Cancelation, withdrawal and refunds
3.7.1 In case of a cancellation, the service fee for medical appointments is refundable only
in case of:
a) you not being able to travel for medical reasons and you can provide a written
statement from a doctor at least 5 working days before the treatment date
b) natural catastrophes such as earthquakes or wars
c) death (automatic cancellation)
In any other case, the service fee is non-refundable.
3.7.2 If your situation changed and you cannot make the agreed dates, you can move your
treatment reservation dates and time for one time and it is free of charge. You should notify
us of such change at least 14 days before your medical appointment. GoMed Travel will try
to reschedule your appointments. However, your treatment schedule and the original quote
may change and new reservations are not guaranteed, and will depend on availability of
services.
3.7.3 Concierge service is fully-refundable up to 48 hours before the agreed date and time
of the concierge service support, which should be stated in the contract.
3.7.4 Additional services are refundable on a case per case basis depending on the
selected third-party provider and their terms and conditions.
4. Limited Liability
4.1 You understand and agree that we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or
validity of information provided by us or any third parties and shall not be responsible for
any materials posted by us or any third party. You shall use your own judgment, caution,
and common sense in evaluating any prospective methods or offers and any information
provided by us or any third party.
4.2 We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage you may incur
through the use of our website or any form of communication (verbal, email, post or blog
etc.) including loss of data, death, physical, mental or financial damage.
4.3 GoMed Travel shall only be liable for damages incurred by you:
a) that our directors, employees or agents have caused by intent or gross
negligence;
b) resulting from death or personal damage caused by a breach of obligations by our
directors, employees or agents;
GoMed Travel liability shall be limited to the fees it has charged to you.
4.4 We do not give any warranty that the site is free from viruses or anything else which
may have a harmful effect on any technology.
4.5 GoMed Travel assumes no liability, warranty or guarantees regarding any services,
materials, advice, treatments or quotes provided by a third party.
4.6 Our website may contain external links belonging to third parties. Occasionally, we may
also provide third party links to you as part of our services and verbal or non-verbal
communication. GoMed Travel is not be responsible for any third party sites and does not
assume any liability for the external content.
5. Personal information and data protection
5.1 By using this website, you approve us to use, store and process your personal
information. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when using
our services (including but not limited to your name, surname, mobile phone, address, age,
health records etc.). By providing your data, health records and copyright materials that are
subject to other intellectual property, you grant us a non-exclusive right to store and share
your information with clinics, doctors and other healthcare providers in order for us to
perform our service and get the required information and a quote for you.
5.2 You authorise us and our payment service providers to collect and store your billing
information such as but not limited to your name, billing address, bank details.
5.3 We automatically collect data when you visit the website and we may use cookies. This
information is primarily needed for the operations of the website and analytics. The
information we may collect includes but is not limited to device and browser information,
location, IP address and information on how you access and interact with the website.
5.4 GoMedTravel.co.uk website is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights
owned by GoMed Travel. Where materials are being published or issued to others, the
source and copyright status must be acknowledged.
6. Complaints
6.1. Please contact us immediately should you be dissatisfied with any aspect of the
Concierge Service you receive, and we will endeavour to look into the issue within 48 hours
of receipt of your notification and to respond to you as soon as reasonably practicable.
6.2. GoMed Travel assumes no responsibility for the failure of any supplier to provide any
services or the negligence of the supplier providing them. However, we will endeavour to
assist you in the resolution of any such issue.
