Free services
Consultation
We provide a 15-minutes consultation with a patient coordinator to discuss your situation, and explore treatment and travel options for you. This service is designed for patients to learn more about medical services and discuss your treatment objectives so that we can find you the most suitable doctors, clinics, treatments or healthcare services.
Treatment schedule
We guarantee tailor-made treatment schedule, designed specifically for you. Once you have submitted an enquiry form, we will contact clinics and healthcare services on your behalf to enquire on treatment options, available appointments, treatment details (where necessary) and costs involved. Based on the information provided by clinics, we will provide you a treatment schedule for you to review and decide. Go Med Travel provides treatment costs directly from clinics and medical establishments, there are no hidden costs.
Treatment & appointment booking
Go Med Travel can book treatments and medical appointments on your behalf. To secure your medical appointments with the clinics, doctors and healthcare providers you will need to pay a service fee. The service fee is classified as a deposit to secure your medical appointments. For more information please visit Terms and Conditions page.
Customer service
Our customer service team is available for you should you have any questions or need assistance with your treatment schedule. You can manage your treatment schedule directly through GoMed Travel.
Additional services
Concierge Service
€100/day or €300/week
At GoMed Travel, we offer a concierge service to our patients for their comfort and stress free medical holiday. Our customers will have access to 24/7 support and advice. We’ll take care of your travel and health concerns. The concierge service includes the following:

Phone assistance to support our patients with any treatment schedule questions, medical appointments and bookings.

Assistance with booking hotels, transportation, restaurants and food deliveries.

Consultation with a doctor (GP) to address your health concerns. This is to ensure you have medical support during your stay, before and after undertaking medical procedures, for your absolute peace of mind. Consultation with a doctor may involve the following:

Assessment of your symptoms to determine if you need to see a specialist doctor.

Assessment of your overall health condition (both physical and mental) during your medical trip.

In an emergency, a GP can provide life-saving treatment or recommendations until emergency services arrive.

We can help you getting medical prescriptions during your stay (where applicable)
Meet & greet
From €50/day
Meet and greet service is available with standard and executive cars. Our drivers will be in place ahead of time and will help with your luggage.
Car transportation with a private driver
From €300/day
Enjoy stress free travel with a private driver for you comfort and safety. We can arrange for a private driver so that you can make the most of your medical holiday.
Tailor-made medical & holiday trip plan
From €100/day
In addition to your treatment schedule we can design a holiday plan for you including wellness and rehabilitation, beauty treatments, leisure activities, restaurants, cultural events and anything you would like to do while staying in the Baltic region. We will design a holiday plan and travel schedule, as well make all necessary reservations for you.
Travel reservations for family members and travel companions
From €50/day
If you are travelling with your family or a companion, we can help planning their stay and make all necessary arrangements, booking and reservations.
Special assistance
From €250/day
Should you need assistance or if you have a disability of any kind, or your mobility is reduced, we can arrange for a personal assistant to support you during your stay.
Translator
From €200/day
While a lot of medical institutions in the Baltic countries have English and Russian speaking personnel, for your absolute comfort we can arrange for a translator to accompany you to the clinic or hospital, and help you with translation of documents and medical reports.
